A 23-year-old girl who was raped by a bunch of men in a moving bus is battling for life at Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi. Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit,
appalled at the girl's condition, said: "Strict action will be taken
against her attackers. The transport department has told me that the
licence of the bus has been cancelled and strict action would be taken
not only against the White Line bus but also to prevent any such
incidents."
May we ask from our CM that what's the definition of STRICT ACTION in the Dictionary of Delhi Govt.?
Almost daily we get the news of such incidences from one or other part of Delhi. What strict action Govt has taken against any of such cases, so far ?
It's really a SHAME for all of us if such acts of these maniacs can not be controlled. In my opinion, they must be hanged till death, publicly.
