Dr. Annapurna Mishra is the First Mayor of East Delhi Municipal Corporation. She is the sitting municipal Councillor from Sonia Vihar ward no. 272. One of the highest educated Councillor, she holds a Ph.D. degree. She is committed towards overall holistic, sustainable development of her ward through sustained, transparent, accountable honest hard work.
